Hines & Associates is a law firm with expertise in legal issues that concern families and businesses. We provide thoughtful estate planning and serve the many diverse needs of business owners. Our practice promotes advocacy and provides counsel for the disabled and the elderly including issues related to healthcare access, insurance coverage and social services.

Principal and founder Annette Hines studied economics at the University of Vermont. She then earned her JD from Howard University. She also holds an MBA from Suffolk University. Prior to the establishment of Hines & Associates she worked as a healthcare consultant and also founded Special Families-Special Care, Inc., a not for profit home care company which specialized in caring for disabled children.
